Planning my next project... an insurance chatbot!
I’ve been planning for a while to create a chatbot for insurance knowledge, for people who are learning about insurance. Not from the customer perspective, but more from the perspective of people who work on technology projects and who, day to day, hear terms like “premium”, “term”, “underwriting” and need to get familiar with these terms and concepts.
I’m planning to do it with Python (as usual), and I’ve already compiled a bunch of terms which will be my source. Next time I’ll talk about the details of the implementation. Wish me luck!
